​This is a 4 weeks Cuban Salsa course for Ladies only
​N.B: After this preliminary course you will be able to join the next Level: Beginners Partnerwork occurring in the month of November. See the Level Progression Classes Schedule Here
​Ladies,
Before you can be moved by your dance partner on the dance floor you need to learn to move your own body first and then sync your moves with the music.
​You need to learn how to balance your body weight, how to turn without feeling dizzy, how to transition from one step to another and much more.
​Once learnt all this in the preliminary 4 hours course you will be ready and confident to start learning partnerwork.

In this 4 weeks course you will learn much more than some individual basic steps and some basic musicality principles applied to Salsa.
You will be surprised at how much you can achieve in 4 hours with Divina!

This is the first step which will greatly increase your confidence and will help you to progress confidently to be ready to move towards partner dance with a newly acquired awareness of how you need to move. Hence, when you start learning partner work your focus will be mainly on partner work and you won't have to worry about getting lost in your own body movements.

​Benefits of Learning with Salsa Divina
  • We only teach one level at a time. So no crazy loud environment where you cannot even hear what the teacher say​
  • Your teacher will be constantly there to encourage and correct you
  • We don't rush you through the steps. And we have different ways to break them down. We understand and appreciate that every person learns in a different way. Hence you will pick whichever way helps you remember the steps better.
​NO DROP-INS ALLOWED for 2 reasons:
​ - There is no benefit for you to attend only a one- off class.
​ ​
​ - You might be a level behind the rest of the class and us teachers we won't be able to bring you up to speed during that lesson as we have the larger group to focus on. This of course would put you off. And we certainly don't want that.
- Or you might be a level ahead of the rest of the group and you would end up getting bored. And we don't want that either.
​
​We do want to encourage people to learn to dance and the best way to do this is to commit to a whole course and learn in a progressive way. 
​There are no shortcuts!​
