Or you are a girl who is struggling to feel/follow the guy's lead as well as struggling with body balance, transitions and turns |
What to expect
Despite we love to teach the right stuff thoroughly, you can be assured that you will be having a lot of fun while you are learning.....
But please be aware, this is the most important level of all and it will require patience and discipline on your side. There will be many repetitions and we will help you with corrections.
But the good news is that after going through these foundations all the other levels will be much easier and quicker to learn. Yeeeahh!
By the end of each session you will feel that you have learnt a lot. And you will leave eager and excited to learn more as well as uplifted and with a lot of adrenaline in your body.
You will be also given clear and easy to remember instructions that will allow you to practice in your own time after the class.
