" Divina is offering a great opportunity to work on your skills in your own pace and with instant feedback and guidance fully focused on yourself for the whole time of the lesson.
The booking process is very transparent and easy through web, also Divina is always giving you heads up on forthcoming session which is very useful.
I am convinced that she does understand my requirements better than I.
Her suggestions are eye-opening and allowing to overcome difficulties in progression.
I wasn't sure what to expect but I feel the progress is satisfactory."
Tessa Philbert - Kizomba student
"I have never tried to learn any dance before now, when i saw the Kizomba it really appealed to me.
I am so glad that I found Rangel and Divina, their combined input makes me feel confident in my current ability...but also encourages progress!
I really love the classes and hope to continue...my short term aim is to feel confident enough to go to a Kizomba club ...my long term aim is to feel the dance and gain the skill to make it look as easy and sexy as Divina and some of the ladies i have seen on you tube!
I am sure that classes with Rangel and Divina will help me to achieve these goals!:-"

"Rangel and Divina are not only excellent teachers but they make the whole process of learning a lot of fun with lots of laughter!
My Fiancé and I had no experience of Kizomba but after only a few short weeks we feel prepared to dance Kizomba for our first dance at our wedding. It was very helpful having both Divina and Rangel teaching us as they helped us focus on the male and female styling of the dance. We are very thankful to have found such great teachers for this special occasion in our lives and couldn't recommend them more highly!"
Teresa Cascino - Cuban Salsa student
"Divina is fantastic at dealing with people (like me) who are completely new to Salsa. She is able to teach the moves while making you comfortable. The class was real fun, we were a group of five novices, and by the end of our first class we knew the basic moves and we joined the other dancers. The atmosphere was so cosy, fun and relaxing, definitely something I'd recommend!!"
Laura Marsland - Cross body Salsa student

"If you are an ultimate beginner, you cannot find a more patient teacher than Divina. She makes her class fun and you quickly feel comfortable and confident! As a small start-up business, you can be sure she will give you the necessary attention you need. Two years later and I'm delighted I can dance with confidence! For sure, give her a try."
STUART - CALI SALSA STUDENT
"Divina is very detailed on all aspects of dance to ensure you get the most from each class. This detail helps you grow in confidence at a quick rate. I enjoyed her block of private classes so much I booked two more blocks.
As a non-dancer I was a big apprehensive but Divina friendly and encouraging manor put me at ease and by the end of each class I have seen tangible improvements.
The booking process with salsa Divina was very easy and straight forward.
Divina`s introductory class enabled her to assess my level and discuss my goals and aspirations. She has responded to these perfectly.
Divina classes has more than satisfied my expectations. She has ensured that I progress every week.
Divina's suggestions in each class for areas of focus have been helpful I make progress each week.
Divina is very clear in her teaching techniques and does not rush through steps like I have found in other classes.
Divina makes you feel relaxed in the classes meaning the classes are fun and enjoyable.
I have learnt exactly what I wanted from my classes the only thing I still don't believe is that I can now actually dance!
I definitely feel more comfortable dancing since my classes with Divina. I would take other dance courses with Divina and I have already booked two blocks! "
IDJIWA & EMILY - WEDDING DANCE
"Thank you both again for your patience and help in getting to the steps that some of the guys at the wedding label as the best wedding dance they've ever seen!
The booking process was easy and convenient.
The wedding dance requirements were fully understood and the choreography fitted perfectly the skills we had by the end of the session. Not too hard so we could actually practice and deliver them right and challenging enough to have us feel like raising our games.
The outcome did satisfy our expectations, and as importantly, the audience of the day.
Divina and Rangel's suggestions about the choreography and music were critical to the final outcome.
We were offered with a range of music and steps wide enough to select our favourite ones.
Divina and Rangel did show a great deal of patience and tact to ensure that the sessions stay enjoyable and fun. They also offered us the chance to do it "one more time", many times, with a smile, even when that one last time got out of hours!
We came with some sense of rhythm but no organised way of dancing. We left with a choreography we can re-use, and an efficient way to slice the beats of the music. This ended up being more than we expected.
Divina and Rangel had us realise that one could absolutely learn how to dance. From the "huh huh" moment we had following their first demonstration to the "i guess we've done it" realisation at the end of most sessions. The recipe is made of good teachers and serious practice.
The presence of Rangel (male instructor) assisting Divina (female instructor) was helpful to get a different perspective. Each of the couple being taught got a concrete example to follow and a sense of how driving or being driven should feel for any given set of steps.
Divina will definitively be the first point of contact when we'll go for increasing our dancing skills.
Learning our steps with Divina and Rangel was an enjoyable experience from the booking process to the final "good luck".
They correctly assessed our level and the steps that would suit both the skills we had when we started and the ones we acquired by the end of the sessions. As a result we ended up with a wide range of steps and music we could choose from, tuning the steps as we practiced them and discovering the subtleties of those steps as our skills increased. Divina and Rangel had an additional challenge to deal with: the short amount of time by which they had to get us ready for that wedding dance. They were very accommodating in planning the sessions so we could have enough instructions to go practice at home, and very patient when we were coming back."
